Compatibility and Installation
The CM-10-QC120 must be combined with the correct crown, drive adapter, motor bracket, tube and control equipment for the selected shade system.
Tube compatibility alone does not guarantee that the motor is appropriate for every installation. Confirm the shade dimensions, fabric weight, tube deflection, mounting hardware and complete system load before ordering.
Because this motor connects directly to 120V AC power, electrical wiring should be completed by a qualified professional in accordance with applicable electrical codes.
Bluetooth features can vary by production version. Confirm the motor label, setup code and supplied documentation when Bluetooth commissioning is required.

Before ordering, confirm the motor model, voltage, tube diameter, crown, drive adapter, bracket type, control system and shade-load requirements. Electrical components that have been wired, programmed or installed may not be eligible for return.
Two-Year Limited Motor Warranty
This Coulisse motor is covered by a two (2) year limited warranty from the purchase date shown on your Roller Shade Factory invoice.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use. Proper installation, operation, maintenance, proof of purchase and product inspection are required. Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, excessive moisture, extreme temperatures, an opened motor, a broken warranty seal or unauthorized modification is not covered.
